My journey as a Youth Behavior Specialist has been shaped by my experiences working with children and teens to support their social, emotional, and behavioral growth. As a first-generation Latina, every young person deserves to be supported and understood through compassion, consistency, and cultural awareness. The following positionality statement explains how my background and values guide my connection with and empowerment of youth.
